Baked Pork Chops With Mushrooms

Cook Time 1 hour 15 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 25 minutes
Servings 4 people



  • 2 lbs. loin pork chops
  • 1 tbs. butter
  • 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1- 10 oz. tin mushroom soup condensed
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 packet granulated beef bouillon (1 cup broth size)


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.  Saute mushrooms and onions in butter for 2 minutes turning frequently.  Set aside.

  2. Mix the soup, wine, onion powder and bouillon together.

  3. Lay the pork chops in the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish.

  4. Spoon the sauteed onions and mushrooms on top of the pork chops.  Pour the mushroom soup mixture evenly over the chops.  Cover and bake for 1 1/4 hours.
