These pork chops will make you squeal with delight!
Pork Chops with Carolina Grill Rub
For the rub
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. coarse salt kosher preferred
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. steak spice Montreal Steak Spice works best
- 1 lb. (3 to 4) pork chops rib or center cut work well
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a small bowl for the rub.
Prepare grill to medium high heat.
Sprinkle the rub onto the chops and gently rub in. Turn chops over and repeat.
Grill approx. 8 minutes per side, or until no pink shows.
Serve this up with your favorite veggies and enjoy. Goes well with red potatoes in foil too.
