There’s no fowl play with this recipe!
Southwest Rub Chicken Breast
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 chicken breasts boneless
Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a small bowl to create the rub.
Sprinkle the dry rub onto the chicken breasts and gently rub into the meat. Turn the breasts over and repeat.
Grill the chicken over medium heat approximately 10 minutes on each side.
Serve this tasty chicken with a crisp garden salad and everybody will be doing the chicken dance.
