Baked Cabbage Wedges
- 1/2 medium green cabbage
- 1 tbsp. olive oil extra virgin
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut half a cabbage head into 1 inch wedges. Brush or drizzle each side with the oil and arrange the wedges on a foil lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle each piece with the pepper flakes, garlic powder salt and pepper.
Bake the wedges for 10 minutes, turn them over and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
