Buttery Cauliflower And Peas
Veggies just don't get any easier than this. Nice compliment to most chicken or pork dishes.
- 1/2 small cauliflower cut into florets
- 1/2 cup green peas frozen
- 1-1/2 tbsp. butter
- 2 sprigs fresh dill snipped
Cook the cauliflower (boil or microwave) to desired doneness. Then microwave the peas per package instructions. Add the peas to the cauliflower and microwave on medium for 30 seconds. Add the butter and dill, toss to coat the vegetables. Serve immediately.
