Great way to perk up those mashed potatoes!
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- 2 medium potatoes quartered Yukon golds work well
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 large clove garlic chopped finely
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
Place potatoes in a 2 qt. pot, fill with water so that potatoes are covered and add the salt and chopped garlic. Boil for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender.
Drain off the water, add milk and mash. Top with butter and parsley and you're ready to serve the perfect side dish to compliment many a meal.
