Recipe Notes

Scalloped potatoes are a natural for baked ham dishes.  They also go nicely with most chicken recipes as well.

Did you Know:  According to Guinness Book of records the world's largest potato weighed in at 18 pounds, 4 ounces.  That's enough for 73 orders of medium fries at McDonalds.  You would need a really big casserole dish if you wanted to make scalloped potatoes out of that spud.
