Ciabatta Breakfast Sandwich

Here’s a wake-up call you’re sure to love!

Ciabatta Breakfast Sandwich

Servings 1 sanwich

Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta roll sliced in half
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and halved
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice tomato 2 if the tomato is small

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until done but not too crisp.

  2. Fry your egg until done while you toast the ciabatta roll.

  3. Assemble: 1/2 ciabatta then fried egg followed by bacon and tomato.  Cover with the other 1/2 ciabatta and slice diagonally.
