The mild nature of mahi mahi goes very nicely with this tangy flavorful marinade.
Place the mahi mahi fillets in a 1 qt. resealable freezer bag. In a small mixing bowl whisk together the rest of the ingredients to create the marinade.
Pour the marinade into the freezer bag with the mahi fillets. Seal the bag and swish the marinade around until the fillets are evenly coated. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Once the mahi fillets have finished marinating prepare your grill to medium heat and lightly grease the grates to prevent sticking. Grill the fillets for approximately 3 minutes per side. Serve hot of the grill with your favorite sides.
